Removal of two chimney stacks. Erection of single storey rear extension with flat roof and roof glazing. Erection of part first floor, part two storey rear extensions with pitched roof featuring dormers and new chimney flues. New rooflight to existing flat roof serving single storey flank addition. Conversion of integral garage into habitable room with door replaced by window.
