Application overview
Demolish the rear wall (at library end), build two storey extension and raise roof to allow corridor access to master bedroom and bathroom, replace flat roof semi-dormer windows with full pitched dormer windows and build up the front elevation wall to take new roof. Remove, repair and replace existing roof and fit insulation. Fit two roof lights. New timber casement windows to front and side elevations.
