T1 Common Beech Tree. Reduce lateral branches on the southern side (overhanging the boundary) back by up to 3m to suitable secondary branches, evenly reducing the lateral spread by 3m around the perimeter of the canopy that overhangs the boundary. This is a mature tree with a large canopy spread which significantly overhangs the boundary into the garden of Airlie. It drops significant amount of leaves every autumn with twigs and debris falling from it throughout the year. It also casts a considerable amount of shade over the garden of Airlie.
