T1 Katsura tree - Reduce/pollard to remove most of the crown at a height of around 4 meters . Prune the remaining growth for reasonable balance and good clearance from neighbour's shed roof. This work is to improve direct sunlight onto adjacent barn roof for benefit of solar panels. T2 Cherry - Prune to reduce the weight and lever arm effect acting on main structure of the tree. Selective limbs to be removed to reduce overall crown volume by 15-20%. Height and radial spread to be reduced by around 1 metre. This work is to reduce likelihood of failure as this tree is now supported by props due to poor structure/ bifurcation at ground level.
