T1: Lawson Cypress - fell G1: Irish yews - fell G2: Leylandii - fell T1 is a large lawson cypress that is growing next to and over the listed boundary wall. Groups 1& 2 are boundary hedges that are now too large to be pruned back to form a manageable feature. Subject to approval; the owners would like to replant a number of native and flowering trees throughout the garden to support & increase biodiversity and provide shade. In addition, pleached hedges will be planted to retain the screening/framing of certain views provided by the current trees.
