Application overview
2 x large mature Beech trees T4/T5 on the map, it seems that the carpark sides of these trees has been reduced a number of times before, this has left the limbs over hanging the neighbouring property very over extended and almost unbalancing the tree. I recommend that we reduce selective lateral limbs by approximately 2 metres to bring it back into shape by rebalancing the tree and hopefully preventing future snap outs into the neighbours property, pruning cuts will be made on sub branches only. A report was carried out on this site earlier on this year and this tree is already showing signs of stress, please see report attached.
