Application overview
There are 2 Silver Birch (T1a and T1b ) located on the boundary (see enclosed Tree Location Plan). The trees are early-mature Category U trees, growing as a pair and sharing a combined rooting area and canopy. Approx DBH = 400mmm. Height = 17m. Birch T1a is in rapid decline and has a reduced safe useful life expectancy. Should it fall it could well impact houses and residents. We request permission to remove this tree for safety reasons, but will retain T1b birch.
