Application overview
1. Gingko - application for removal including stump, tree planted by a previous owner initially within inches of garage. Rapid vertical growth and now breaking the path at surface. Concerned this could interfere with underground cabling and neighbour's garage. If permission to remove is refused then lopping off to 30% might help i.e. well below garage roof height. 2. Bird Cherry - removal of 33% - roughly to level of garage roof apex, and the crown shaped, much valued tree but growing very fast. (reduction of tall upright - c8m, lateral spread reduction of c.3 m). 3. Tulipfera (White Poplar) very rapid vertical growth c.8m from our house and that of neighbours. Propose reducing height by c.33%. (height reduction c8m, lateral reduction c3m).
