Scope of Works G1 consists of 4x Sycamore trees located on the rear boundary of the property. The trees are semi-mature and have been historically reduced. The canopies of the trees are asymmetrical and growing towards the North of the site. The tips of the lateral limbs facing the property are within 1 m of the building line. I suggest a tip reduction of the lateral limbs of up to 2 m from the branch tips back to suitable growth points to give a minimum clearance of 2 m. One of the trees is congested with Ivy and I would advise the ivy is removed from the tree at this time.
