Proposed works to remove two dead trees on property at Culham Manor including one dead apple tree and one dead elm tree as shown on Figure 1. Both trees were in decline over past 18 months and neither produced any leaves in Spring 2023. Apple tree at A on Figure 1 is approximately 4m tall and the diameter of the trunk at its base is 25cm. Once the tree is felled, two new fruit tree saplings will be planted in a nearby orchrad. These new trees will be planted in late 2023/early 2024. Elm tree at B on Figure 1 is approximately 6m tall and the diameter of the trunk at its base is 35cm. Once the tree is felled, two hawthorn saplings will be planted in this area of the garden. These new trees will be planted in late 2023/early 2024.
