Application overview
Reduce evergreen Oaks along front boundary before winter 2023 by 20% following complaint from neighbour of excessive shading. In total 9 Ilex trees grow along the property boundary with the road, the method of reducing will be by crown reduction, the neighbour affected by loss of light lives at 43 Southend, opposite the trees. (crown reduction would not exceed 2m and lateral spread reduction (if we do any) would not exceed 0.5m each side).
