Council planning record

There is a white beam tree in the centre of the garden approximately 15 feet in height leaning towards the neighbouring garden with a trunk diameter of approximately 8-12 inches. The conservation area runs down the centre of the property there is also a variegated sycamore tree that I believe is on the side of the garden that does not fall in the conservation area but I'll list it just in case there are also a few shrubs to be taken out and there are stumps already there to be ground out. There is also a spruce tree to be removed that falls on the non protected side of the garden that will also be removed. Also there is an evergreen bush around 8 feet in height and with I trunk diameter of approximately 3-5 inches. All trees in question are to be removed and stumps to be ground out to make way for the planting of just under 1000 new plants shrubs and vines.
