Application overview
T1 - Black Pine (TPO G3) - tree is part of a group of 3 protected black Pines. They have all had historical works and bracing to mitigate against branch loss. This tree has recently partially shed a large limb which is still hanging in the canopy. It is my view the tree is unbalanced as a result and would benefit from a light restructure on the southern side to even up the weight distribution. The limbs in question are already braced being overextended over the neighbouring property. I would recommend reducing these two limbs by 1.5-2m back to suitable growth points to mitigate against partial or complete branch loss in extreme weather.
