Council planning record

A crab apple tree tree located in the front garden to 3 The Green which can be seen clearly seen in photo attached. Height reduce by 2 metres, the side by 1.5m around the canopy. A second more mature Ash tree located on the rear boundary fence. please see attached photos. The trees are to be pruned back with lower branches cut back by 1.5 metres. This is tree, which straddles the boundary with the neighbour, is currently over 22 metres high. We are not proposing to reduce the height of the tree at all. We wish to reduce the lower branches that stretch across High School Lane and overhang my garden by at least 2/3 metres. The branches do snag the telephone lines and we could arrange to have the branches cut back so they do not touch the telephone lines. Please see photo. I should include our neighbours if we include the upper ranches a the tree if located 50% on their side of the boundary.
