Non-material amendments to P21/S2463/FUL (Conversion of existing double garage with studio over to 2-bed dwelling with access from Blenheim Road) - for amendments to the north elevation only - no other external changes proposed. To accommodate revised first floor and ground floor layout with improved access to bedrooms (also improved means of escape) The changes permit the retention of the existing Oak framed openings to the double garage and require no infill of matching stonework which would have proved difficult to carry off well.
