FIVE DAY NOTICE T.177 - Beech (TPO G10) - This mature tree is colonised by Kretzschmaria duesta and was crown reduced in 2019/20 for risk management reasons (SODC consent granted 25.10.19 ref. 09S90-3232). The drilling measurements and further cracking beyond a fixed marker (nail) confirm that this tree is now beyond safe limits in its current form. It should therefore be carefully section felled within the next 4 weeks.
