Application overview
T1 & T2. Ash. Pollard both trees at a height of around 5 metres. They are showing signs of Chalara infection. It is hoped that by pollarding these trees at an early stage they may regenerate new growth and continue to provide habitat and canopy cover for a longer period of time than allowing Chalara to run its course without this intervention. (TPO W1). T3 Hawthorn. Coppice. This work is to improve the habitat structure and diversity of age within this woodland setting (TPO W1).
