Internal/external alterations for all the works set out in the submitted schedule of works, including; repairs and upgrading to the exterior of the property including replacement rain water goods, repainting and repointing; replacement boiler and associated works; the installation of under floor heating systems across part of the ground floor (as shown on the submitted drawings); the removal of modern suspended ceilings and reinstatement of central pendant lights: creation of internal doorway(s) connecting the main house to the attached annex; removal of modern partition walls; replacement of existing spiral stair; removal of modern cupboards and joinery; the addition of partition walls and the creation of ensuite bathrooms for bedrooms 4 and 5.
