Specification: 1. Pollard 6 x historic Pollards comprised of Limes and Sycamores a. Pollard to approx 2m above old pollard points. 2. Yew tress x 3 a. Reduce crown by approx 2m close to their original formally maintained height. 3. Ash Tree Young near front gate and service box, of no potential in its location. a. Remove to ground level. 4. Cherry amongst the Yews, tree appears to be in decline with associated structural issues on main stem, lack of bud density and yearly growth. a. Reduce lateral spread and height by approx 1.5m to suitable secondary growth points 5. Beech Hedge to southern boundary a. Reduce to past template approx 3m above ground level. 6. Sycamore situated in Hobbs Boat yard a. Lift crown to 4m, b. Reduce overhang into property by up to 2m to suitable secondary growth points.
