(T4) Multi -stemmed Horse Chestnut In the south western corner of the rear garden of 10 Pearces Orchard. After a secondary assessment we would like to Fell the Mature multi stemmed Horse Chestnut tree to ground level. As the tree has severe included bark on several of the stems and bleeding canker across the entire tree. The large spread of the canopy offers risk to the several properties & public footpath below its to much of a risk for the tree to remain. The replanting proposal is to plant a 10-12cm diameter - Dawych Beech in approximately 4 metre radius from the original trees location.
