Works are to be carried out on behalf of the Environment Agency. A site map has been submitted to provide information of the tree location. Some works have previously been applied for and consent granted therefore they have not been included on this application. Works proposed to be completed are: - removal of various self-set trees and scrub which is to be felled or brushcut. These are located with the Lock Keeper's garden - removal of an ash tree due to its poor condition and its location adjacent to a footpath as well as a residential property - remove vegetation at the weir (this is not located on the map provided) - crown lifting to 3m of overhanging branches along the footpath - crown lifting of ash tree on the water side only All works will be completed to BS 3998:2010.
