Application overview
Dormer window, two storey side and single storey extension, remove existing carport, build detached garage, widen access gates, replacement windows. Install two conservation type rooflights to roof space on rear elevation. (As clarified by updated Arboricultural Method Statement and plans received 12 January 2023) (As amended by cross section plans received 21 February 2023 showing raft and pile beam at or above ground level, in line with forestry comments).
