Application overview
Demolition of existing C20th extensions to historic farmhouse and construction of new brick and flint and timber boarded addition. Construction of new brick and flint walls and timber boarded guest barn to reinstate lost historic barn and farmyard enclosure. Alterations to existing surviving historic barn. (revised plans received 5th November 2021. The changes include a range of amendments to the design and detailing of the proposed extensions and link structure, fenestration alterations and the relocation of the proposed chimney).
