T1 - Lime Tree - large and mature, subject to Tree Preservation Order (TPO) - Previously pollarded and re-grown. Due to the overall size and location where it is approximately 18 metres high with a 10 metre crown spread, with a dense crown, and being approximately 6 metres from the rear of the property, it is recommended that the tree is re-pollarded. The new pollard height being approximately 2 metres shorter to form a more compact crown. To thin crown by 10% to allow more light into the garden.
