Application overview
1 x large Prunus subhirtella - we would like to completely remove the tree and roots (as much as possible). The tree was planted too close to our perimeter wall. This is brick and is now showing a significant bow out towards the highway. The wall is cracked and has been monitored for movement. We believe the tree and wall may collapse. This would impact on the highway, neighbouring properties but most significantly we are opposite the primary school so there is a real danger to those passing by or parking next to the wall. We would replant the area with smaller shrubs that will not impact on the wall. The wall will be rebuilt in the same materials as present.
