Application overview
The proposal comprises a new passenger lift to be constructed on the west elevation of the east range of the hotel. A second minor alteration to the south wall of the carriageway of the Red Lion Stables, involves the extension of an existing window reveal down to the internal finished floor level to create a new external door to the existing dispense bar in the Riverside Room.
