Council planning record

Non-material amendment to application P16/S0203/FUL- 1. move kitchen patio doors. 2. move the garden room from the front garden to the back garden- this gives more driveway space and a less cluttered front garden. It also gives some privacy from the neighbouring new build, Winona, whose planning application was made after my original application. The garden room will improve privacy for both houses and is deliberately sunk into the garden and set at the same floor level as Winona and built as a flat green roof so as not to cause and 25° or 45° loss of light issues 3. make some alterations to the garden- swimming pool that was planned has been turned 90°, minor front garden layout alterations 4. Vaillant arotherm plus, air source heat pump to be installed. Closest neighbouring window is 3.5 metres away, where sound levels, according to Vaillant, will be less than 40dB(A). Erection of a new dwelling.
