Council planning record

The tree is a very tall Lime tree which gives welcome privacy to our property and enhances the village skyline. We should not want to remove it completely, but it has become very bushy with a frighteningly large sail volume and in the recent gale a large bough fell off and damaged our neighbour's property. We are therefore fearful of further damage in future. We have consulted an arborist, he recommends 20% cown thinning and some siding up to reduce the sail volume.
