Application overview
Notification to fell a mature copper beech tree, which is located in the north eastern corner of the rear garden of 35 Cowbit Road, Spalding, which is within the Conservation Area. The tree has an extensive cavity at low level infected by Polyporus squamosus. The cavity is approximately 14''x 8''x 22''minimum, extending into the trunk of the tree. Other cavities are present due to earlier branch removals. Should the tree fall it could cause damage to adjacent property.
