Application overview
Works to remove three dead trees in the garden of 'The Goddards', 29 Church Lane, Moulton, which is within the Conservation Area. The sycamore and yew are in a spinney area to the south of the house, the golden rain tree adjacent to the eastern boundary. Sycamore to fell, is totally dead, smothered with ivy, the trunk has split and half fallen, the remainder which is standing is within falling distance of a public footpath. Yew to fell, totally dead. Golden rain tree (Koelreuteria paniculata), totally dead.
