This proposal seeks to replace the utility room with a new 28M2 extension that houses both a dining space and kitchen, with better proportions and connections back to the original house. The 16m2 terrace area is retained and accessed from the original first floor door. Minor alterations to the immediate terrace area adjacent to the new extension are proposed that work with the existing site levels. The existing pond in its current shaded spot is to be remodelled.
