SCC Property Services have recently completed the purchase of the property for the intended use of a Children’s home which would be described as Use class C3. In this case SCC are seeking written, formal evidence from the local authority planning department that no planning permission is required and/or that the proposed use of the premises will still fall within the premises’ existing use class.
