Application overview
Application to discharge condition 16 (Surface Water Drainage Systems) of permission SCC/3745/2020: No development shall be commenced until details of the sustainable surface water drainage scheme for the site, has been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The development shall include measures to prevent the control and attenuate surface water and pollution and once approved the scheme shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details and maintained at all times thereafter unless agreed otherwise in writing by the local planning authority. Reason: To ensure the development is properly drained in accordance with the NPPF.
