Application overview
Submission of Details to satisfy Condition 35 (Within 3 months of the date on which, in accordance with paragraph 1(7) (a) of Schedule 13 to the 1995 Act, these conditions are finally determined, details of the location and arrangements for the monitoring of ground and surface water for the duration of the working shall be sbumitted to the mineral planning authority for approval. The scheme shall be fully implemented as approved. The operator shall produce and interpretive report of the monitoring regime annually, commencing 12 months from the date on which, in accordance with paragraph 1(7) (a) of Schedule 13 to the 1995 Act, these conditions are finally determined, and submit it to the mineral planning autority for further approval. The regime as further approved shall be fully implemented)
