Submission of Scheme to satisfy Condition 14 of original application 3/21/16/014 at Minehead and West Somerset Golf Course, The Warren, Minehead, TA24 5SJ. Condition 14: Secondary Handling of Material. 1. Prior to adopting any process of secondary handling of any material, a Mitigation Scheme shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Waste Planning Authority. The scheme shall include the following: a. The details of the location of any secondary handling site b. Description of the process of soil handling c. Description of any noise mitigation measures to be adopted d. Description of any landscape mitigation measures to be adopted All secondary soil handling shall be undertaken in accordance with the approved Scheme. 2. There shall be no secondary handling of material at Sites 1, 4 and 5. 3. All delivery vehicles and site based plant that are required to use reverse warning alarms shall only use broadband devices 4. Access routes to tip areas minimise reversing manoeuvres
