Discharge of Condition: 13 Prior to the commencement of tipping of overburden at Tip A and Tip B (Tip B West and Tip B East), full details of the underdrainage system and water management system for Tip A and Tip B (Tip B West and Tip B East) shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Mineral Planning Authority. Once approved the development shall be carried out in accordance with those details for the duration of the development hereby permitted. Reason: In the interests of minimising risk, risk management and land stability in accordance with Planning Practice Guidance.
