Discharge of Condition No.16: Protected Species Survey Before the commencement of the development hereby approved a protected species and reptile survey shall be carried out, submitted to, and approved in writing by the Waste Planning Authority, following the CIEEM’s methodology in the technical guidance series. Reason: Reptile, Badger and Schedule 1 bird nesting species evidence has been found on site, the survey is to provide them with protection in accordance with UK and EU legislation Please note the further information and recommendations detailed on pages 4-5 in the Halpin Robbins Ecological Addendum dated 13 September 2017. This document has been listed in Condition 2 to ensure the development is carried out in strict accordance with the approved plans and specifications submitted.
