Discharge of Condition No.11: Odour Management Scheme Before the commencement of the development hereby approved an Odour Management Scheme shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Waste Planning Authority. Thereafter the development hereby permitted shall be maintained for the duration of the development hereby permitted in accordance with the details so approved. Reason: To minimise off-site odour impacts and in the interests of the residential amenity of the area.
