Application overview
Discharge of Condition 7: External materials (bridges) Before the commencement of the development hereby permitted, details and samples of all facing materials of bridge structures and associated infrastructure shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the County Planning Authority. The development shall be carried out in the materials so approved. Reason: To ensure the high quality design of the development in the interests of visual amenity. This is required pre-commencement in order to ensure appropriate facing materials are secured, avoiding the risk of having to retro-fit/replace them at greater expense/inconvenience.
