Discharge of Condition 18: Arrangements for bridge construction Before the commencement of the development hereby permitted, details of the arrangements, sequencing and timing for the construction of the bridges and associated infrastructure across and adjacent to the river and canal shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the County Planning Authority.
