Discharge of Condition 13 of 1/08/15/054 Programme of archaeological works Before the commencement of the development hereby permitted, a programme of archaeological works shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the County Planning Authority. The programme of archaeological works shall accord with a written scheme of investigation that shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the County Planning Authority. Once approved, the programme of archaeological works shall be implemented in full for the duration of the construction phase of the development hereby permitted.
