Non-material amendment following planning approval PL/2025/00934/VAR dated 05.08.2026 for 'Amendments to planning permission PL/2023/02196/PPFL dated 28 January 2025 (Allowed on appeal APP/Q4625/W/24/3348223) for installation of a flexible electricity storage facility to supplement the local electricity grid in order to stabilise and secure electricity supply.' Namely: refinement to the internal site layout and the addition of a secondary access route within the application boundary and the overall number of BESS modules reduced by two, from 26 to 24 and the number of AC units reduced from 13 to 6.
