Decision & conditions

Withdrawn by Applicant
Planning conditions
  1. The proposed single storey rear extension by reason of its height, depth and siting next to the neighbour boundary with no. 41 The Cherries would result in an overbearing impact and and sense of enclosure within the neighbouring rear garden. This harm is considered to be a significant adverse impact on the amenity of adjoining occupiers and therefore the proposal would fail to comply with Policies EN1, EN2, and H15 of The Adopted Local Plan for Slough 2004 and Core Policy 8 of The Core Strategy 2006 - 2026, the Slough Local Development Framework, Residential Extensions Guidelines, Supplementary Planning Document, Adopted January 2010.
