Planning conditions
  1. In extending the existing extension, additional operational development is required for the proposal to fall within the limitations of paragraphs (b) & j(iii) of Class A by way of removing the existing porch, the canopy building, and part for the existing rear extension. The application does not provide information with regards to the existing site or include reference to any operational development required beyond extending the rear existing extension which is not drawn accurately on the submitted plan. Therefore, insufficient information has been provided to enable the authority to establish whether the proposed development would comply with the limitations permitted by Class A. Therefore, the application is refused in accordance with Paragraph A4(3)(b) of Class A, Part 1 of Schedule 2 of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended).
