Planning conditions
  1. The proposed extension would extend the full width of the existing dwellinghouse which has been extended to the side by planning permission P/08015/000 (dated 09/09/2988), meaning the proposal would extend beyond a side elevation of the original dwelling and have a width greater than half the width of the original dwellinghouse. This conflicts with paragraph (j) (iii), of Class A, Part 1, Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended). Therefore the proposal would not constitute permitted development.
