Planning conditions
  1. The location and site plans provided show the existing garage would be retained and the proposed extension would be attached to the existing garage. Therefore it would be more than half the width of the original house (measured at the widest point) and extend more than 6m which would fail to comply with clause (g)(i) & (j) (iii) of Class A, Part 1 of Schedule 2 of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended). It would therefore not be permitted development and will require an application for planning permission.
  2. The location and site plans do not provide an accurate representation of the proposed extension. The Local Planning Authority and neighbouring occupiers are unable to accurately assess the relationship of the proposed development to adjoining properties or determine its potential impact on neighbouring amenity
