The works as shown on the approved plans shall be fully completed within 6 months from the date of this planning permission. REASON: To remedy the breach of planning and to to ensure a satisfactory appearance of the development so as not to prejudice the visual amenities of the locality in accordance with Policy EN1 of The Adopted Local Plan for Slough 2004.

All new external work shall be carried out in materials that match the details shown on agreed proposed elevation drawings, and for the avoidance of doubt, the front elevation of the garage shall be finished with brickwork to match the existing building at the date of this permission. REASON: To ensure a satisfactory appearance of the development so as not to prejudice the visual amenities of the locality in accordance with Policy EN1 of The Adopted Local Plan for Slough 2004.
Notwithstanding the terms and provisions of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order), no windows shall be formed in the eastern flank elevation of the extension without the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority. REASON: To ensure the development does not have a detrimental impact upon the privacy of the occupiers of 6 and 10 Windrush Avenue, in accordance with Policies EN1, EN2 and H15 of the Slough Borough Local Plan 2004 and Paragraph 2.2.1 and guidance notes DP7 and EX30 of the Residential Extensions Guidance Supplementary Planning Document (2010).
