- Condition 5 (Materials Details) - Discharged In accordance with: a) Materials Schedule (ref. CBC1148-02-PH) dated 2025, prepared by Cogent Building Consultancy, recd 25/11/2025. On the basis that the full terms of the condition require the development works to be carried out strictly in accordance with the approved detail and retained thereafter.
- With regard to these approved conditions, no works shall be carried out other than those hereby confirmed as acceptable without first obtaining permission in writing from the Local Planning Authority.
- The approved Summary of Materials vis-à-vis Condition 5 by Fibonacci Architects, Ref: 6453 D1 01 dated 18.02.25, remains an approved document as per application ref. P/18032/005 dated 25 April 2025, and should be referred to for all other materials details approved for the purposes of Condition 5 of the consent granted under application P/18032/003 dated 22/11/2024.
