Planning conditions
  1. The development hereby approved shall be implemented in full and maintained only in accordance with the following plans and drawings hereby approved by the Local Planning Authority: a) Pre-Existing plans, Elevations & Site plan – Sheet 1 (Rev A), Dated 27/02/2024, Recd on 25/02/2026 b) Proposed plans, Elevations & Site plan – Sheet 2 (Rev A), Dated 28/11/2025, Recd on 25/02/2026 REASON To ensure that the site is developed in accordance with the submitted application and to ensure that the proposed development does not prejudice the amenity of the area and to comply with the Policies in the Development Plan.
  2. Notwithstanding the terms and provisions of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order), no window, other than hereby approved, shall be formed in the flank elevation of the development without the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority. REASON To protect the amenity and privacy of adjacent occupiers in accordance with Policy H15 of The Adopted Local Plan for Slough 2004.
  3. No access shall be provided to the roof of the extension by way of window, door or stairway and the roof of the extension hereby approved shall not be used as a balcony or sitting-out area. REASON To preserve the amenity and privacy of neighbouring residential occupiers.
  4. Notwithstanding the terms and provisions of the Town & Country Planning General Permitted Development Order 2015 (as amended) (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order), Schedule 2, Part 1, Class B, no extensions to the roof of the dwelling shall be erected or constructed on the site without the express permission of the Local Planning Authority. REASON: to ensure that cumulatively enlargements remain proportionate and well designed in accordance with Policy H15, EN1 and EN2 of the Local Plan, and Core Policy 8 of the Core Strategy.
  5. The first-floor bathroom window within the side elevation of the two-storey rear extension shall be glazed with obscure glass and made non-opening below a height of 1.7m above first floor level. REASON: To protect the amenity and privacy of adjacent occupiers in accordance with Policy H15 of The Adopted Local Plan for Slough 2004.
  6. It is the view of the Local Planning Authority that the proposed development does improve the economic, social and environmental conditions of the area for the reasons given in this notice and it is in accordance with the National Planning Policy Framework.
