  1. The development, as shown on the submitted plan(s) ref:050 , Dated 30/07/2026, received 04/08/2026 is lawful in accordance with the provisions of Class E, Part 1, Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended).
  2. The applicant is advised that the insertion of additional residential facilities in the outbuilding other than those considered being incidental to that of the main dwellinghouse and the use of the building as separate dwellinghouse is likely to result in enforcement action being taken by the Local Planning Authority. The applicant is in any doubt as to what is considered to be 'incidental' ,they are advised to seek advice from the Local Planning Authority
  3. The development is lawful in accordance with the provisions of Class A, Part 1, Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended).
  4. Your attention is drawn to the conditions contained in Paragraphs A.2 and A.3 of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) which this development will need to comply with. You attention is also drawn to Slough's Residential Extensions Guidelines Supplementary Planning Document 2010, with particular regards to EX20.
